Missed your parcel pickup?
No worries! You can easily purchase a re-shipment here.

Sometimes parcels are returned to us if they are not collected from the parcel shop in time. Please get in touch with our customer support, to let them know that you still wish to receive your parcel.

Once you have then purchased your re-shipment, we will resend your order to the parcel shop.

• A full battery replacement 

• Firmware update for optimal performance

• Adhesive foam tape to re-mount the tracker.

(2) Ship your tracker to us through our return hub here: https://returns.cphtrackers.com/ 

Trackers shipped outside of the return hub cannot be serviced. The shipment back to you is free!
