FAQ
Which way does a Cobblestone or Gemstone antenna face?

Our GPS tracker's antenna faces towards the front of the tracker (the back is where you'll find the QR-code)

What are the temperature limits for a Cobblestone and Gemstone GPS tracker?

While our electronic components may be able to withstand very high temperatures, we advise a maximum of +50° celsius for hot environments (and in direct sunlight) and -30° celsius for the cold outdoors.

Can I place the tracker in my veteran car made of metal?

Yes! But it's important that the GPS tracker is not surrouded by metal completely. Older and veteran cars are often made from a thicker and less engineered metal, which means that you have to play around with different spots for the tracker before leaving it. We recommend trying inside the cabin where there are windows.

Our Gemstone GPS tracker has a global coverage with over 150 countries.

But like any other GPS device, the tracker needs a nearby cell tower (or WiFi) to inform the App/server of its location.
