Payment & Delivery Policy – Copenhagen Trackers ApS

Transaction Timing and VAT

In accordance with European e-commerce standards, your financial transaction will only be deducted from your account once your physical order has been dispatched from our fulfilment facility. All transaction amounts are processed and deducted in DKK (Danish Kroner) and are fully inclusive of statutory Value Added Tax (VAT).

Orders are actively packed, verified, and shipped from our warehouse during all standard working days (Monday through Friday, excluding Danish public holidays).

Authorised Shipping Couriers

International and domestic delivery tracking is executed via our designated courier network to ensure safe transport. Depending on your destination country, your package will be handled by:

  • UPS

Once your parcel has been processed and scanned by the carrier at our facility, an automated system notification containing your unique Track & Trace number will be dispatched to your registered email address, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
