Re-shipment Service (NON-EU Countries Only)

Did you miss the delivery window, or were you away when the transporter came by your address? A lot can happen on the road, and sometimes transporters make mistakes, but we stand ready to assist you getting back your GPS tracker. 

Say you missed the package, buying this service means that we will resend your original order once received.

How Re-shipment Works

  • The package is being returned to Copenhagen Trackers.
  • You get in touch with our support team (support@cphtrackers.com).
  • Once received by Copenhagen Trackers, you purchase the re-shipment.
  • The package is sent again with new tracking number.
  • Delivery of the package to you.

Any changes to the address must be explicitly stated in written-form to our support.


Why was the package returned?

There are a few common cases, which can result in your package being returned. They may be: 

  • Missed Parcel Shop Pickup Window: Packages cannot stay at parcel shops for too long (usually only 7-14 days).
  • Incorrect Address Submitted: It happens, we hit the wrong key during checkout, which prevented the driver from finding the address.
  • Restricted Access: It's common that a lot of apartment buildings require special access, not available to a courier.
