Re-shipment Service (EU Countries Only)

Has your order been returned to our warehouse? Sometimes things don't go as planned—perhaps you were away during the delivery window, or there was a technical issue with the local transporter. 

No worries, this service allows you to purchase a new shipment for an existing order that is being returned to us.

🚫 This is NOT for Product Returns: The service cannot be used to purchase a return label for products you have already received. If you wish to utilise your 30-day right of return use our official return portal: returns.cphtrackers.com


How the Re-shipment Process Works

  • You miss the delivery or pick-up.
  • You get in touch with our support team (support@cphtrackers.com).
  • The package is returned to Copenhagen Trackers. 
  • You purchase the re-shipment service.
  • The package is sent again with new tracking number.
  • Delivery of the package to you.

Any changes to the address must be explicitly stated in written-form to our support.


Why was my package returned?

Packages are typically returned due to any of the following reasons:

  • Missed Pickup: The package sat at a local parcel shop for too long (usually 7-14 days).
  • Incorrect Address: A typo in the street name or house number prevented the driver from finding you.
  • Access Issues: The courier could not access the building or apartment complex.
