Tracker running low on battery? Renew its lifespan with a battery replacement!
Send your original Cobblestone tracker to us. We'll replace the batteries, service the components and software, and provide a new adhesive foam tape.
Battery replacement can take up to 7 business days after we receive your tracker.
How it works
Purchase the service
Order the battery replacement service here in our webshop before sending your tracker to us.
Register your shipment
Visit our service portal to register your tracker and arrange shipping to us.
We service and return it
We replace the batteries, service your tracker and apply new adhesive tape. We then ship it back to you.
You must register your shipment through our service portal so we have the necessary information when receiving your tracker. Devices sent outside the portal cannot be serviced.
Shipping to us is paid with the service here. We cover the return shipping costs.
Important: Check 2G availability before ordering
The original Cobblestone relies on 2G mobile networks to send location updates. As these networks are gradually phased out, a battery replacement cannot guarantee continued connectivity or extend 2G network availability.
Before purchasing, we recommend checking whether compatible 2G coverage is still available where you use your tracker. Read our guide to the 2G shutdown .
If you're unsure whether your device can still connect, contact our support team before ordering.
Not available for Cobblestone Pro. Cobblestone Pro is permanently welded shut, meaning its batteries cannot be replaced. This service is intended for the original Cobblestone model.
