(1) Purchase the battery replacement service here on our webshop. The service includes:
• A full battery replacement
• Firmware update for optimal performance
• Adhesive foam tape to re-mount the tracker.

Trackers shipped outside of the return hub cannot be serviced. The shipment back to you is free!
Gemstone batteries (Black or White Connector)
Easily swap your Gemstone battery from the comfort of home! Each replacement pack includes:
• A new battery (check connector colour)
• Adhesive foam tape to re-mount your tracker

IMPORTANT: Cobblestone Pro
It is not possible to replace the battery on a Cobblestone Pro model, as this device is welded shut.
