Tracker running low on battery? Renew its lifespan with a battery replacement!
Send in your tracker to us. We'll replace the batteries, service the components and software, extending the tracker's life. We'll also give you a new adhesive foam tape.

It can take up to 7 business days to replace the batteries when we have received your tracker.

STEP 2: Ship your tracker via our service portal
You need to use our service portal to ship the tracker, so that we have all your information when receiving the device.

We cover the shipping costs when returning the tracker to you.
