Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item have been dispatched.


All amounts will be deducted in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.

We use an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Delivery
Orders are being shipped during all working days.

Delivery is made by GLS, UPS or PostNord/DPD and you will receive a track & trace number for your package.


Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty according to the Danish purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.

The claim does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.

We cover the freight costs for complaints to a reasonable extent.

Helpdesk

Packages sent COD or sent to parcel-shops will not be accepted.

Return Policy
There is a 30 day full return policy on products purchased from our webshop starting
 from the day you receive the order.

Return costs are at your own expense.

Withdrawal must be notified to us within 30 days of purchase and from the withdrawal you must within 14 days after return the shipment.

You must use our standard withdrawal form and send with the return. You can find it here:

Condition of the product, when returning it.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try and use the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical shop.


If the item is used on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

So, to receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical shop. You may try the product, but not actually use it.
