Gemstone batteries

Easily replace the batteries in your Gemstone GPS Tracker from home!
Choose your connector colour and we'll ship a new battery pack for your Gemstone. We'll also include a new adhesive foam tape, free of charge. 

White or Black?
Open up your tracker and take out the green circuit board.
In the right bottom corner where the battery is connected, the connector will either be white or black. Purchase the colour that suits your tracker's connector.

Battery not showing 100% after replacement?
If the CPH Trackers App does not show 100% after inserting the new battery, don't worry. The new battery is working as intended. Please contact customer support and we will get this fixed right away! 

Please remember to dispose of your old batteries properly, following your country's recycling guidelines.
