What about my foam tape?
The battery replacement includes a new adhesive foam tape, free of charge, so you can securely remount your tracker.
Please note: If the CPH Trackers App does not show 100% after inserting the new battery, don't worry. The new battery is working as intended. Please contact customer support and we will get this fixed right away!
Please remember to dispose of your old batteries properly, following your country's recycling guidelines.
