Eligibility
The Black Friday giveaway is open to individuals who are 18+ years old at the time of entry. Participants must follow our Facebook page and comment on the Giveaway post, tagging a person who they think needs a tracker.

Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Copenhagen Trackers as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted online starting on 13 November, 13:00 CET and ending on 23 November, 13:00 CET

How to Enter
The Giveaway must be entered by following our Facebook page and posting a comment on the Giveaway post. The comment must include tagging a friend. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize.

Prizes
The Winner of the Giveaway will receive a black Cobblestone GPS Tracker.

Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Copenhagen Trackers ApS. Winner will be notified on Facebook within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Copenhagen Trackers ApS shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Terms & Conditions
Copenhagen Trackers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Copenhagen Trackers ApS control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
