COPENHAGEN TRACKERS APS accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.
COPENHAGEN TRACKERS APS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
COPENHAGEN TRACKERS APS delivers on all working days, with orders placed before 12.00
Delivery is made by GLS or PostNord and you will receive a track & trace number for your package so you can track it along the way.
There is a 2 year warranty according to the Danish purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.
The claim does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.
COPENHAGEN TRACKERS APS covers the freight costs for complaints to a reasonable extent.
For the return of defective units, please contact:

Packages sent COD will not be accepted.
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
There is a 30 day full return policy on goods purchased from our webshop.
The period starts from the day you receive the order.
Return costs are at your own expense.
Withdrawal must be notified to us within 30 days of purchase and from the withdrawal you must within 14 days after return the shipment.

Condition of the product, when returning it.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical shop.
If the item is tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
So, to receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical shop. You may try the product, but not actually use it.
